Trimoryn is a capsule. Many shoppers say Trimoryn pills, and that is fine as everyday speech, but the label says capsules.
A capsule is a shell filled with powder. A tablet is pressed powder with no shell. Both are taken by mouth. The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, and the filler includes rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. The label says "30 capsules", "one month supply" and "Dietary Supplement".
