The claims are placed beside what public health sources say. Single ingredients show small or no average changes in weight, and NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work.

1. Label front“Weight Management Support*”Structure/function-style wording. The star leads to the FDA statement: not evaluated by the FDA, not intended to treat any disease. No source linked here tests this formula. ²
2. Label front“Supports Fat Metabolism*”Single ingredients only: glucomannan -0.22 kg, not significant, in one pooled review; alpha lipoic acid about 1.3 kg more than placebo, short term. NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work. ^{3 4 5}
