Step 2: What do the milligram lines mean?
Milligrams (mg) are weights. Compare them with the doses used in studies, not with each other.

Step 3: What does CFU mean?
CFU means colony forming units, a count of live bacteria, not a weight.
The panel lists Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila at 1 billion CFU each. CFU on a label is a number at the time of making, and live cultures can lose strength with heat. Step 4: What is the daily value column?
Percent daily value shows how a nutrient compares with a daily need. Only riboflavin has one here, at 1470 percent.
Most lines show no daily value because none exists for them. Exceeding a daily value of a B vitamin is common in supplements, but a big percent is not a quality mark. Riboflavin can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless. For the other lines, the question is whether your medicines interact, not the percent.
