The ingredients are usually listed from most to least by weight, but the label does not say how much of each is there. A blend of five herbs weighing 500 mg could hold 480 mg of the cheapest herb and 5 mg of the one on the front of the bottle. You cannot tell. That is why shoppers and clinicians dislike blends.

What does a clear label not prove?
It proves nothing about safety, purity or effect.
A printed number is what the maker says. Without a lab report, you cannot confirm the bottle holds it.
